- TOOLS: large mixing bowl, whisk, weigh scale
- STORAGE: storage container with lid
- HOLD TIME: 1 week
- YIELD: 6.25 pounds or as per par
- QUALITY INDICATOR: well blended spices & even color
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 2. Use a whisk to evenly blend the spices together.
- 3. Place in a storage container, seal with lid, label, date & store in dry storage until use. (CCP1)
