- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Place all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Whisk thoroughly to blend the sauces together.
- 3. Pour into insert with lid. Use a rubber spatula to scrape any remaining sauce. Label, date & store in the cooler at 35F-40F/3.5C-4C until use. (CCP1)

4. IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Before pouring sauce into your insert or squeeze bottle, ensure to mix or whisk the sauce thoroughly beforehand. -
- If using a squeeze bottle shake well before use.
