- TOOLS: mixing bowl, whisk, measuring cup, rubber spatula
- SHELF LIFE: 3 Days
- YIELD: 50 oz.
- STORAGE: Cooler 2°-4°C / 35.6°-39.2°F
- QUALITY INDICATOR: Silky reddish colour
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Place all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Whisk thoroughly to blend the sauces together.
- 3. Pour into insert with lid. Use a rubber spatula to scrape any remaining sauce. Label, date and store in the cooler at 35F-40F/3.5C-4C until use. (CCP1)
