- Recipe Instructions:
- TOOLS: Non-stick frying pan, rubber spatula, 1/9 insert and plastic wrap.
- HOLD TIME: 3 Days
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
**Important to be in the cooler when portioning this item. To prevent the breading from coming off.**
- 1. Remove corn from freezer and prepare directly from frozen.
- 2. In dry non-stick frying pan, over medium to high heat, sear corn until lightly charred on outer edges of kernels. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
- 3. Transfer from pan to 1/9 insert, cover, label and date and keep in walk-in cooler until needed on line.
