- TOOLS: large mixing bowl, whisk, weigh scale
- STORAGE: storage container with lid
- HOLD TIME: 1 week
- YIELD: 192 ounces
- QUALITY INDICATOR: well blended spices
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 2. With a whisk evenly blend the spices together. (Refer to picture)
- 3. Place into storage container with lid, date dot & store covered in dry storage until use. (CCP1)

- Please ensure it’s coarse salt & coarse pepper, not table salt & pepper.
- Mix thoroughly. Ensure the color of the spice mix is evenly distributed
