Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Thoroughly wash fresh Cucumber.
- 2. On clean cutting board, cut cucumber into large cubes/chunks approx. ¾” in size
- 3. Place in clean insert, cover tightly with plastic wrap. Label with date.
- 4. Store Daily Par in Cooler 2 to 4C
