Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.

1. Combine 12 oz canola oil and 2 oz sriracha lime seasoning in a microwave-safe, heat-
resistant container.
2. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute to gently warm and activate the flavors.
3. Remove from microwave and stir thoroughly to ensure the seasoning is evenly dispersed.
4. Allow the oil to cool to room temperature.
5. Transfer to a clean, sanitized bottle or container, seal tightly.
6. Store in a cool, dark place. Use within 2 weeks for optimal freshness and flavor.
