- TOOLS: mixing bowl, whisk, measuring cup
- STORAGE: insert with insert lid
- HOLD TIME: 3 days
- YIELD: 66 fluid ounces
- QUALITY INDICATOR: dark brownish, red in color
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Place all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Use a whisk to evenly blend the sauces together.
- 3. Pour into insert with lid. Label, date & store in cooler at 35F-40F/3.5C-4C until use. (CCP1)
