- Recipe Instructions:
- TOOLS: large mixing bowl, whisk, rubber spatula, nitrile gloves, measuring cups, PPE goggles (personal protective equipment) & funnel
- STORAGE: squeeze bottle
- HOLD TIME: 4 weeks YIELD: 66 fluid ounces
- **CAUTION** This sauce is very spicy. It is not recommended to have direct contact to skin or eyes. If an accident does occur, wash affected area with warm soapy water on the skin. Use eye wash solution immediately if eyes are affected. NOTES: Should only use squeeze bottle. **Must label squeeze bottle**
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Put nitrile gloves on before mixing. NOTE: The Dave’s Insanity sauce is extremely acidic & will irritate skin upon contact.
- 2. Place all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 3. Use a whisk to evenly blend the sauces together.
- 4. Pour finished sauce into squeeze bottles using a funnel - fill only 3/4 full per bottle. Use a rubber spatula to scrape out any remaining sauce.
- 5. Replace the lid of the squeeze bottles. Label date dot & store in the cooler at 35F–40F/3.5C-4C until use. (CCP1)

- Before pouring sauce into the squeeze bottle, ensure to mix or whisk the sauce thoroughly beforehand. - The Dave’s Insanity sauce is extremely acidic & will burn skin upon contact.
