Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. In heavy bottom pot, heat portion of stock base with water. Allow to come to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
- 2. Cool to room temperature and transfer to Cambro.
- 3. Cover with plastic wrap or tight-fitting lid. Date and label and store in cooler 2°- 4°C / 35.6°– 39.2°
- Note: The prepared broth can be kept frozen for 30 days. Hold only 5 days par level of prepared broth in the cooler.
