- Recipe Instructions:
- PLATE: Cast iron skillet, dinner plate liner
- HOLD TIME: To order
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Place cast iron skillet under the heat lamp to keep warm.
- 2. Submerge french fries into the deep fryer for 4:15 minutes at 350F until golden brown, temperature at 155F (CCP3)
- 3. Submerge wings into the deep fryer for 4:00 minutes at 350F until golden brown, temperature at 165F (CCP3)
- 4. Place cooked french fries in a mixing bowl & toss with grandpa j's seasoning salt.
- 5. Stack seasoned fries into the skillet.
- 6. Toss cooked wings with guest’s choice of seasoning/sauce in a mixing bowl.
- 7. Place seasoned wings at the center of the skillet stacked on top of fries. (Refer to picture)
- 8. Place heated skillet on a dinner plate liner & Ensure the skillet and rim of plate are clean.
- 9. Serve immediately.
