- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Submerge chicken wingerz in 350°F deep fryer for 6 minutes or until internal temp is reached & golden brown. (CCP3) **Temp check internal before removing from the basket.**
- 2. Remove from the oil and shake basket to remove any excess. Place wingerz into a bowl and toss in choice of wing flavor (if required).
- 3. Stack seasoned wingerz at the center of the tray plate. (Refer to picture).
- 4. Ensure rim of the plate is clean. Serve immediately.
- NOTE:
- Ensure that the Wingerz are stacked neatly and thoroughly coated in sauce/seasoning.
- Pierce a bamboo pick with a stickle into a Wingerz to identify the flavour.
- All orders of Wingerz come on 1 PLATE EACH - unless the guest requests to have it on the same plate.
- Example: 1 order of Wingerz = 1 plate / 2 orders of Wingerz = 2 plates etc.
