WARM CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

- TOOLS: Ice cream scoop
- PLATING: Rectangular plate, white beverage napkin, mason jar and spoon.
- HOLD TIME: None - Serve immediately
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Remove outer wrap on Chocolate Brownie. Break into 4 pieces and place in mason jar.
- 2. Microwave Chocolate Brownie for 20 second intervals until warm through.
- 3. Top with 1 scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
- 4. Drizzle Chocolate sauce over ice cream.
- 5. Using aerosol canister Whipping Cream, in circular motion top with 1oz of whipped cream
- 6. Dust lightly with icing sugar using a dredger (shaker) – over the edge of mason jar is okay.
- 7. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
- 8. Serve immediately!
