NOTE:
Check for quality freshness of the vegetables.
3 celery and 3 carrot sticks = an order (average weight of each stick is 0.50 ounces)
Ensure that all vegetables are fresh & crisp before serving. May need to trim both ends to freshen up vegetables quickly.
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Be sure to wash all vegetables prior to assembly & trim ends of vegetable if needed.
- 2. Assemble carrots & celery into a bowl & place ramiken of dipping sauce nestled to the edge of the bowl.
- 3. Ensure the rim of the plate is clean & serve immediately.
