- PLATE: New gravy bowl, side plate liner
- HOLD TIME: To order
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Using a one level #12 scoop, scoop out ice cream into a the gravy bowl.
- 2. Add desired sauce over top of the ice cream in a zigzag pattern. (Refer to picture)
- 3. Ensure rim of plate is clean. Serve immediately.
