- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Place the prepared vegetables into the salted boiling water.
- 2. In a frying pan, heat up the canola oil.
- 3. Remove the vegetables in the basket and allow excess water to drain.
- 4. Place the vegetables into the prepared pan and mix / toss lightly
- 5. Remove pan from the heat and carefully remove the warm vegetables from the pan to the bowl.
