SPICY THUNDER CHICKEN BURGER

brioche bun | 1 | ea |
garlic aioli | 1 | oz |
WINGS Cayenne sauce | 1 | oz |
Diced jalapenos | 1 | oz |
sliced dill pickle | 2 | slices |
Sriracha Lime Aioli | 1 | oz |
- Recipe Instructions:
- PLATE: sheet pan with WINGS liner paper
- TOOLS: cutting board
- HOLD TIME: to order
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. In 350°F deep fryer, using basket, fry prepared chicken breast until internal temperature of 165°F is reached, approximately 5 minutes.
- 2. Toast both sides of brioche bun on flattop until golden brown.
- 3. Once chicken reaches 165°F, toss in SS bowl with WINGS Cayenne sauce, ensure it is well coated.
- 4. Place the heel of the bun on the plate, and place the pickles on the bottom bun, the lettuce, jalapeno add the sauced chicken breast.
- 5. Using squeezy bottle, drizzle Sriracha lime aïoli over top of all ingredients, place top bun and secure with skewer.
- 6. Place on sheet pan with WINGS liner paper.

- Please note jalapenos have been changed to DICED
