- TOOLS: Cutting Board and Tongs
- PLATING: Medium Takeout with 4oz of fries.
- HOLD TIME: 10 minutes

Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Prepare & cook Crispy Chicken Breast in fryer as per PREP recipe until internal temp reaches 165.
- 2. Prepare/fry order of French fries and toss with grandpa J’s seasoning salt.
- 3. Toast brioche bun, both sides.
- 4. Season chicken breast with 4 shakes of nashville seasoning on both sides, totaling 8 shakes.

5. Layer in order
• Bottom bun
• Wowy Ranch
• Fried + dusted Chicken Breast
• Iceberg lettuce
•Top bun with nashville sauce
Wrap sandwich with CHKN Shack branded liner paper. -
PLATING
Serve in medium takeout container with fries.
