- TOOLS: Tongs, chef's knife and yellow scoop.
- PLATING: Storm bowl
- HOLD TIME: 10 minutes (To order)
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Prepare Crispy Chicken Breast as per recipe in fryer for approx. 5 minutes until internal temp reaches 165.
- 2. In Mixing Bowl, toss 3 oz of Tuscan Greens with 1 oz of (House) Balsamic Dressing.
- 3. Transfer dressed greens to centre of Storm Bowl.

4. In clockwise formation place ingredients, separated, as follows:
• Grape Tomatoes, halved (4 pieces halved for 8 total)
• 1oz Slaw
• 1.5oz shredded cheese
• 2oz Black Beans
• 2oz pan seared corn
• 1oz Pickled Onions - 5. Using squeezy bottle, drizzle 1.5oz of Chipotle Chili Lime Dressing in zig-zag formation across all ingredients
- 6. Slice Homestyle Crispy Chicken breast in bias 1⁄2” julienne strips and place across top of salad.
