- TOOLS: Ladle and Rubber Spatula
- PLATING: Starter Bowl, Beverage Napkin, Dinner Plate
- HOLD TIME: To order
- NOTES: Sub soup size = 8oz ladle
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. In a sauté pan over medium heat, add an 8 oz. ladle of soup. Cook for approx. 3-4 minutes, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F. (CCP3) Continue to stir soup with a rubber spatula.
- 2. Carefully ladle 8 oz. of soup into the bowl.
- 3. Ensure rim of the plate is clean. Serve immediately.

Place beverage napkin onto dinner plate and then soup bowl.
