- PLATE: Round white plate
- TOOLS: Baking sheet, parchment paper, nitrile gloves
- HOLD TIME: 4 Hours
- STORAGE: 1/3 insert with drip tray
- YIELD: 15 pieces
- QUALITY INDICATOR: Lightly crisp, lightly browned
- NOTE: Preparing for order, heat on flat top until crispy and browned.
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. With gloves on, evenly lay out bacon slices side by side and not overlapping each other.
- 2. Put bacon tray into the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F, low fan, or until lightly crisped NOTE: bacon will still feel and look soft.
- 3. Ensure rim of plate is clean. Serve immediately.
