- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. In deep fryer at 350°C, prepare/ deep fry battered pickle spears until golden (approx. 3.5 - 4 min)
- 2. Drain excess oil.
- 3. Plate with ramekin of Spicy Aioli.
- 4. Ensure rim plate is clean.
- Serve Immediately
