Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 5 piece: Small takeout
- 10 piece: Medium takeout
- HOLD TIME: To order

- 1. In deep fryer at 350°C, prepare/ deep fry battered pickle spears until golden (approx. 3.5 - 4 min)
- 2. Drain excess oil.
- 3. Plate in takeout container depending on size, serve with dip of their choice
