- NOTES: Kids Menu items come with kids ice cream and beverage.
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Place pasta in bain marie for 3 minutes, temperature at 165°F (CCP3)
- 2. Add Tomato sauce to pan and heat slowly, temperature at 165°F (CCP3)
- 3. Remove pasta, allowing some pasta water to enter the pan. (CCP3)
- 4. Toss pasta until evenly coated with sauce. Return to simmer.
- 5. Evenly top with parmesan cheese. (Refer to picture)
- 6. Ensure rim of plate is clean. Serve immediately.
