Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Prepare orders of chicken wings as per recipe. Each order consists of 10 wings.
- 2. Prepare order of chicken strips as per recipe.
- 3. Prepare orders of fries as per recipe. (8 oz)
- 4. Place each order separately in black insert and arrange nicely in red party box.
- 5. Serve with 2 dips of guests choice.
