Garlic Parm & Herb French Fries

- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. In deep fryer at 350°C, prepare/ deep fry French fries until golden (approx. 3 min)
- 2. Drain excess oil from fries. In ss bowl, toss with 1 teaspoon of Parm/Herb seasoning blend
- 3. Plate with ramekin of garlic aioli.
- 4. Drizzle with 1 oz. of garlic aioli
- 5. Sprinkle dried parsley across entire dish as garnish.
- 6. Ensure rim plate is clean.
