IMPORTANT NOTES: Do not over fry falafel, as the core will dry out
Build the bowl precisely in the below written order.
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Fry falafel directly from frozen for approx. 2 minutes, do not overfry as this will dry out the falafel
- 2. Place pre portioned tumeric rice in the microwave for 1 minute, with a small amount of water to rehydrate the rice. Remove falafel from fryer and set aside for assembly.
- 3. Using a side salad bowl, place rice into bowl to shape and place into centre of Storm Bowl.

4. In clockwise formation place ingredients, separated, as follows:
- Dressed mixed greens
- Tzatziki
- Grape Tomatoes, halved (6 pieces halved for 12 total)
- Black olives 1oz
- Pickled onions
- Hummus with paprika drizzle
- Falafel balls stacked
• 1oz Pickled Onions - 5. Using squeezy bottle, Drizzle olive oil evenly over the entire bowl for added flavor depth.
- 6. Garnish with Greek seasoning and fresh parsley for color and aromatic finish.
- 7. Ensure the rim of the bowl is clean and serve immediately to maintain temperature, texture, and visual appeal.
