Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.

1. Note - Remove individual pre-portioned cheesecakes from the cheesecake tray while it is still
frozen. Thaw it in cooler 4 hours prior to serving. Carefully remove the wrapper from the frozen
cheesecake; note that removing the wrapper after thawing becomes difficult and may damage the
product.
1. Drizzle raspberry syrup diagonally across a rectangular plate for presentation.
2. Place the unwrapped cheesecake in the center of the plate.
3. Pour whipped cream on either side of the cheesecake.
4. Garnish by placing fresh mint leaves in the center of the whipped cream for color contrast and freshness.
5. Serve immediately for best quality.
