- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Drop 2 pieces of Chicken Boneless WINGERZ into deep fryer, using fryer basket. Fry until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Drain.
- 2. Slice the brioche slider bun. Toast plain on flattop until golden brown.
- 3. Once bun is toasted, remove from flattop and squeeze Garlic Aioli on bottom/heel of bun.
- 4. Put the shredded lettuce on top of the bottom bun.
- 5. Place one WINGER on each bottom/heel of bun.
- 6. Place top bun and skewer.
- 7. Plate on rectangular white plate with French fries.
