- TOOLS: Cutting Board and Tongs
- PLATING: Sheet Pan with Liner Paper and Ramekin
- HOLD TIME: 10 minutes

Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Prepare Crispy Chicken Breast as per PREP recipe in fryer for approx. 5 minutes until internal temp reaches 165.
- 2. Prepare/fry order of French fries and toss with grandpa J’s seasoning salt.
- 4. Toast brioche bun, both sides.
- 5. Spread Wowy Ranch on top and bottom bun.

• Bottom bun with WOWY
• Fried chicken breast
• Lettuce
• Add Top bun and skewer sandwich with bamboo skewer -
PLATING
Sheet pan with liner paper. Served with fries and ramekin of garlic aioli.
