- PLATE: Dinner plate liner, cast iron skillet with cozy
- HOLD: To order
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Place cookie dough in center of cast iron pan and lightly press down with a spoon to cover the bottom of the skillet.
- 2. Bake cookie in convection oven for 10 minutes MAX at 325°F.
- 3. Carefully remove from oven and place skillet onto lined plate. Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center and drizzle caramel sauce in a zigzag motion
- 4. Ensure rim of the plate is clean. Serve immediately.
