- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.

1. Deep fry French fries for approx 3 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
2. Toss fries in truffle oil, minced garlic and salt and pepper mix.
3. Transfer fries to cast iron pan, top with broken Parmesan Petals and fresh chopped parsley.
4. Serve with a ramekin of garlic aioli, and serve immediately.
