Dill pickle wings

- Plate: White Rectangle
- Tools: Tongs, Fryer Basket, Mixing Bowl, Ladle
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Place wings in deep fryer at 350 F for 4 minutes. Internal temperature reaches 165F(CCP3)
- 2. Remove wings from oil, shake 3-4 times to remove excess. Place in mixing bowl
- 3. Season wings with the choice of wing flavor and toss to ensure sauce has coated each wing.
- 4. Stack wings evenly onto the plate (refer to picture). Scrape sauce from the mixing bowl &dispense over top of wings.
- 5. Ensure plate is clean and serve immediately.
