Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Prepare Crispy Chicken Breast as per PREP recipe in fryer internal temp reaches 165.
- 2. Prepare/fry order of French fries and toss with grandpa J’s seasoning salt.
- 3. Toast brioche bun, both sides on flattop.
- 4. Spread Wowy ranch on top and bottom bun.

• Fried chicken breast
• Iceberg lettuce
• Add Wowy to top bun and wrap sandwich with CHKN Shack liner. -
