- PLATING: Rectangle Plate
- HOLD TIME: 10 minutes

Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Place Wingerz in fryer for approx. 5 minutes until internal temp reaches 165.
- 2. Prepare/fry order of French fries and toss with grandpa J’s seasoning salt.
- 3. In mixing bowl, dress 1.5oz of slaw with 0.5oz coleslaw dressing this portion is for the sandwich and needs to be very light)
- 4. Toast mini bun, both sides.
- 5. Spread Garlic Aioli on top and bottom bun.

• Fried chicken breast
• Slaw, (very lightly dressed 1oz portion)
• Pickle slices, crossed
• Add Top bun and skewer sandwich with bamboo skewer
