- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Submerge cauliflower bites in 350°F deep fryer for 3.5 minutes or until golden brown, temperature at 165°F (CCP3)
- 2. In a mixing bowl toss cauliflower in choice of wing flavor. Toss to coat thoroughly.
- 3. Put tossed cauliflower bites onto the plate, piled high.
- 4. Ensure rim of the plate is clean. Serve immediately.
- IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Ensure that Cauli' Wingerz are stacked neatly and thoroughly coated in sauce/seasoning.
- Pierce a bamboo pick with a stickle into a Cauli' Wingerz to identify the flavour.
- All orders of Cauli' Wingerz come on 1 PLATE EACH - unless the guest requests to have it on the same plate.
- Example: 1 order of Cauli' Wingerz = 1 plate / 2 orders of Cauli' Wingerz = 2 plates etc.
