- 5 piece: Small takeout
- 10 piece: Medium takeout
- 20 piece: 2x Medium takeout

Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.

1. Submerge fries into a 177°C / 350°F fryer for 4:15 minutes until golden brown, temperature at 68.3°C / 155°F (CCP3) Shake fryer basket to remove excess oil. (If requested)
2. Place cooked fries into a mixing bowl & toss with Grandpa J’s seasoning salt. Set aside for plating. (If ordered as combo)
3. Submerge cauli bites in a 177°C / 350°F deep fryer for 4 minutes to reach a minimum internal temperature of 74°C / 165°F.
4. Toss cooked cauli bites in chosen sauce
5. Plate fries (If ordered as combo) and cauli bites in takeout depending on the size.
