- Recipe Instructions:
- PLATE: Pasta bowl
- HOLD TIME: To order
- NOTE: Put romaine into a salad spinner if romaine is too wet.
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Place chopped romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Toss ingredients lightly and place in the center of the bowl, piled high.
- 3. Evenly and gently place shaved parmesan and croutons over top. (Refer to picture)
- 4. Ensure rim of the plate is clean. Serve immediately.
- 5. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
- IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Shaved Parmesan: Gently place onto salad so the shaved pieces do not break.
