BULGOGI BEEF BOWL

- TOOLS: Mixing Bowls, tongs
- PLATE: Steelite Bowl

- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. In frying pan, combine 1 portion of shaved beef (4 oz) with 2 oz of Bulgogi sauce and 1 oz of caramelized onions.. Heat for roughly 2 minutes.
- 2. In microwave-safe bowl, heat 1 portion (8 oz) of Jasmine Rice (PREP). Heat for 1 – 2 min until hot throughout.
- 3. In centre of blue steelite bowl, place rice evenly.
- 4. Top with beef, onion, and Bulgogi sauce mixture.
- 5. Drizzle with additional Bulgogi sauce over beef and rice. (1 oz)
- 6. Sprinkle edamame beans all around the edge of the rice.
- 7. Garnish with 1 oz julienned red pepper, 1 oz of matchstick carrots and .5 oz chopped green onion, both evenly distributed across beef.
- 8. Garnish lightly with Sesame Seeds. Top with Cilantro Sprigs.
- Serve Immediately
