I would like to take a moment to thank all the WINGS operators, GM’s and team members for sharing all of your feedback
on the menu launch process. Your feedback is very valuable and always welcomed. The concerns and input provided
will help to shape our direction for future menu additions and roll outs.
This recent roll out was not seamless, particularly with our drink menu and the many changes within our beverage alcohol
category. The feedback provided on how we can improve this process has been received with open ears and humble
hearts and we appreciate the transparent and candid communication. Your collective input will ensure we approach
future launches and any menu changes with an approach that is highly collaborative.
We have heard from many of you that the hands-on training for the food menu was a good experience. We will further
develop this interactive training process to continue to support your team members.
Based on all the feedback you’ve provided for the menus; here are the key changes:

• The Platter: this menu item is now clearly defined as maximum one order per item
• Crispy Chicken add-on in Start & Share is removed. Only Spicy Chicken and Spicy Beef are add-on proteins in this
segment
• Boneless Wingerz are increased by $1 to $18.50

• BC Honey Q: this wing flavour is returned (this is a high-volume item in select locations and in others it is very low.
The chain average gets brought down by the total however, it makes sense to return this item to support those
high-volume locations for this flavour. It is an in-house recipe that is simple to make and uses ingredients in-house
so if it is not a big seller in your location you do not have to hold any additional inventory.
• Sriracha Honey: Unfortunately, due to supply difficulties with Sriracha, we are discontinuing until supply improves.
*note: this edit/discontinuation will be updated on the menu file on Monday as Abbey is off on Fridays.
• French Fries and Yam Fries: Per the earlier communication regarding McCain, these items are increasing by $0.50
for single items and $0.25 where fries are part of the combination (burgers/handhelds).
• Beer: The 21 oz size is in a column, not indicated by the upsell badge and 14oz has been removed. Our two
highest volume pours are 18oz and 21oz by a large margin. Locations that have guests requesting only a 14oz
sleeve – by all means, you are welcome to continue selling as an off-menu size.
• Beer Prices have been increased as per your recommendations and Rotating Taps now display “ask your server”
rather than indicating a price. This allows for operator flexibility on which rotating taps they serve and at the price
point that makes sense for the beer featured.
• Caesar garnish: return to spicy bean, olive and lime. This garnish is very important to many of you and this
combination reflects the Signature aspect of the drink.
• Lunch Specials
• Country Chicken Club will change to $12.25 *note: this edit will be updated on the menu file on Monday
• Soup and Salad option is added using our in-house soups and side house greens salad and hits the $10
price point we need, as we are moving the price on the Chicken Country Club. The soup/salad combo
is a 28% Food Cost.
• Beverages: Iced Tea and Lemonade are now included in Free Refills (BIB product and was a source of complaint
from guests)

Both our Core Menu and Drink Menu are attached. The lead time to receive the menus and update the POS and Third-
Party systems is 7-14 days. With final edits on Monday June 13, this provides a target date of June 27 as menu Live Date.

The updated BSM will be sent on Monday as there are a few minor edits to be completed.
Thank you again for your input and valuable feedback. If there are any questions, please reach out at any time.
Thank you,
Katie McKenzie
