- Recipe Instructions:
- GLASS: double rocks glass
- TOOLS: Shot glass & stir spoon

NOTES:
Use bamboo stick only.
Skewer your garnish as shown in the picture.
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Rim Caesar rimmer. Carefully fill the glass full of ice – just below the Caesar rimmer.
- 2. Pour in Smirnoff Vodka.
- 3. Shake in Worcestershire + Tabasco
- 4. Top with Clamato – ensure to not flood the rim! Stop right below the rimmer
- 5. Garnish with Pepperoncini and olive(s) (Two for Doubles!) and a dehydrated lime wheel
- IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Have the olive pimento facing upwards and the pepperoncini “stem” facing up (Refer to picture).
- Be careful to not flood the rim by over filling the drink.
