WATERMELON MOJITO MOCKTAIL

- Recipe Instructions:
- GARNISH: lime wedge
- TOOLS: pop glass and muddler
- SERVE: Over ICE
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
PREP TIME: 2 minutes
- 1. Add limes and simple syrup into pop glass.
- 2. Muddle. Leave muddled lime wedges in glass.
- 3. Smack mint leaves between palms of your hand and add to glass.
- 4. Top with ice, fill with Soda and watermelon juice.
- 5. Using a bar spoon gently pull up mint and lime mixing the beverage.
- 6. Garnish with Lime.
- **Note: smacking the mint leaves between your palms releases the mint oils, enhancing the flavour and aroma.
