- Recipe Instructions:
- GARNISH: lime wedge
- TOOLS: Double rocks glass, pop glass and shaker tin
- SERVE: Over ICE
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
PREP TIME: 2 minutes
PREP TIME: 2 minutes
- 1. Fill shaker tin with ice, tequila, simple syrup, grapefruit juice and squeeze in juice of 1 lime wedge.
- 2. Shake until sides of tin are frosted (at least 10 seconds).
- 3. Salt the rim of a double rocks glass.
- 4. Strain shaker into glass over fresh ice, top with soda and serve with a lime wedge.
- *Careful not to hit the rim when pouring into the glass otherwise the drink will become salty
