- Recipe Instructions:
- GLASS: Copper mug
- TOOLS: Shot glass & stir spoon
- NOTES: Doubles will go in the same mug, unless guest requests a larger glass.
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Fill Copper Mule mug with Ice
- 2. Pour in Smirnoff Vodka.
- 3. Top with Fentimens Ginger Beer.
- 4. Garnish with Mint Leaves and Dehydrated Lime Wheel.
- IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Mint - Ensure that the mint is fresh & dispose of any brown leaves. This should be looked at daily. Mint is stored in the fridge in an air tight container or insert with lid. Label & date as per usual.
