- Recipe Instructions:
- TOOLS: Double rocks glass
- SERVE: with a mint sprig
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
PREP TIME: 2 minutes
- 1. Measure out 32 oz of hot water.
- 2. Drop 4 tea bags into hot water. Stir gently and set aside for 5 minutes.
- 3. In large cambro combine remaining ingredients, mix well with whisk until sugar is dissolved.
- 4. Remove tea bags and add to mixture.
- 5. Stir.
- 6. Pour into slush machine. Allow time to freeze. Label, date and store in cooler any remaining mixture.
