- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Fill Stemless Wine Glass with Ice
- 2. Pour in Tanquray, Aperol and Lemonade
- 3. Top with Soda
- 4. Garnish with Mint Leaves + Dehydrated Lime Wheel
