- Recipe Instructions:
- GLASS: Single = double rocks glass | double = tall/pop glass
- TOOLS: Shot glass & stir spoon

NOTES:
If serving a Wings Flaming Caesar Extra Spicy, add 3 dashes of Tabasco. Extra muddy = 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
Use bamboo stick only.
Skewer your garnish as shown in the picture.
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Rim Caesar rimmer. Carefully fill the glass full of ice – just below the Caesar rimmer.
- 2. Add vodka, then carefully add in the clamato juice – just below the Caesar rimmer.
- 3. Next, add Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and gently stir to combine.

4. Stab the bean, next the olive and finish with a lime wedge - skewer horizontally. (Refer to picture).
Place gently onto the Caesar (Refer to Picture). - 5. Serve immediately.
- IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Have the olive pimento facing upwards and the bean “stem” facing up (Refer to picture).
- Extra Spicy = add 3 dashes of Tabasco. Extra Muddy = 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
