- TOOLS: 4 quart sauce pot, whisk, measuring cup
- HOLD TIME: 3 weeks
- QUALITY INDICATOR: Clear thick consistency (like maple syrup)

Kitchen will prepare this for the bar. Use for bar drinks only.
Syrup can be prepared ahead of time.
- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Combine 3 cups water and 3 cups sugar in a medium sauce pan.(CCP3)
- 2. Stir sugar and water over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Increase the heat and bring to a boil.(CCP3)
- 3. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 3 minutes.(CCP3)
- 4. Transfer syrup to metal bowl and cool thoroughly.
- 5. Pour into squeeze bottle, label and date.
