Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Each morning the bartender/server should pull out only the portion of mixed frozen berries that is needed based on usage. (Refer to picture Step 1 & Step 2)
- 2. Store the portioned frozen berries in an airtight food container with lid or insert with lid. Store in bar cooler with label & date until use.
