- Procedure
Wash/sanitize hands. Thoroughly clean/sanitize food utensils, equipment & work surfaces.
- 1. Using a tablespoon, transfer 6 oz of avocado and hummus mix onto one side of a Blue Storm bowl. Optional Tool: 6 oz scoop for easy measurement & transfer
- 2. Spread the mix evenly to cover approximately 1/3 of the bowl, creating a clean and smooth presentation. Drizzle the top of the mix with olive oil using a fine tip squeeze bottle for controlled, even distribution.
- 3. Scatter crispy chickpeas, over the avocado hummus mix for crunch and texture.
- 4. Finish by sprinkling lemon pepper seasoning evenly over the mix for added flavor and visual appeal. On the other side of the bowl, neatly stack tortilla chips, ensuring they are facing upwards.
- 5. Finish by ensuring a clean rim and serve immediately.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Check the quality of mix, should not be discolored.
Drizzle oil directly on hummus & Avocado mix , not on chickpeas.
